Articles & Papers
PlanetJSD.com will not accept returns of articles and papers, if the return is not the result of our error. If you immediately cancel an article order and we have not begun processing it yet, the order could possibly be canceled. However, please be advised we immediately start processing orders, particularly if they are Super Rush and Rush.
Proceedings & Gray Literature
PlanetJSD.com will not accept returns of Proceedings & gray literature, if the return is not the result of our error. Part of our acquisition service is to check for the accuracy of a conference proceedings: title of conference, date of conference, location, organizer, and anything else noteworthy.
Books
A purchased item may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in the manner they were received. Upon receipt of your returned order, we will submit your refund either on your credit card, on your corporate account, or by issuing you a check, depending upon the manner in which you initially made the purchase. If you made the purchase of the returned item by credit card, you will need to resubmit your credit card information to us.
Shipping costs will only be refunded, if the return is due to an error on our part. PlanetJSD.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases only. PlanetJSD.com will not accept returns of items that are marked as non-returnable, if the return is not the result of our error.
Condition of Returned Order
An item must be returned in the same new condition. All returned orders must include original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories.
Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
You must request a RAN from PlanetJSD.com, before returning any items. Please contact us via:

To guarantee return delivery, please send the return by UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or other courier, or by insured mail.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are unfortunately non-returnable. Any such items are clearly marked as non-returnable in the online store. Please be certain you want such an item before purchasing it. We will not accept returns or exchanges for non-returnable items.
